Terms of Use

By accessing or using Bundata websites, APIs, or related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Certain features may also be subject to supplemental terms or an enterprise agreement; if there is a conflict, the enterprise agreement controls for that engagement.

Bundata is a multi-tenant, cloud-based software platform that helps teams process documents and unstructured content using AI-assisted pipelines. The Services may include: uploading and storing files and text; schema-aware extraction into structured fields; creation of embeddings and vector indexes for semantic search and retrieval; APIs and UIs for search, review, workflows, and agents; logging and administrative controls; and related documentation and support.

We evolve the product over time. We may add, modify, or retire features with reasonable notice where materially adverse to paid customers, as described in your plan or contract.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your users' compliance with these terms. You will promptly notify us of unauthorized access or security incidents related to your account.

You are responsible for obtaining any consents, rights, and licenses needed to submit content to the Services, including from data subjects and third parties where applicable.

You agree not to:

• Upload or process illegal content, malware, or material you do not have a lawful right to use.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services; breach security or authentication measures; or access data not intended for you.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services except to the limited extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Use the Services to build a competing product, to overload or abuse infrastructure (including excessive automated scraping not permitted under fair API use), or to send spam or unlawful communications.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or interfere with other customers' use of the platform.

We may investigate and suspend or terminate access for violations.

You retain ownership of your uploaded content and outputs generated for you, subject to third-party rights in your materials.

You grant Bundata Inc. a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display your content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Services for you (including creating embeddings and indexes, running models you invoke, backups, and support). This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for residual copies in backups and records we are required to retain.

Features that use artificial intelligence may produce incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for decisions with legal, financial, medical, safety, or other significant consequences. The Services are not a substitute for professional judgment.

Paid plans (Growth, Business, and Enterprise as offered on our site or in an order form) are generally billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle as selected at purchase. The Free plan and any trials may have usage caps (for example monthly document limits, schema and collection counts, and smart-bite retention) as described in our public pricing and signup flows.

Upgrades and downgrades may take effect at the next billing period or as otherwise communicated at checkout. If you exceed plan limits, we may throttle usage, require an upgrade, or charge overages if applicable under your plan.

Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party processor; their terms may also apply.

You may stop using the Services and cancel subscriptions according to in-product flows or your contract. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, risk to security or third parties, or if required by law.

Upon termination, we will delete or retain data as described in our Privacy Notice and your plan or enterprise agreement. Some provisions survive termination (including ownership, confidentiality where applicable, limitations of liability, and governing law).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bundata Inc. and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (if you have not paid fees). These limitations apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

These terms are governed by [Governing law and exclusive venue — e.g. State of Israel / courts of Tel Aviv — TODO]. Courts or tribunals in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated date and, where changes are material, provide additional notice (such as email or in-product notification). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the Services.
